Project Management Intern

Well, if you love solving puzzles, we’re looking for you. 

Apply to be our next Project Management Intern, reporting directly to our Former Project Management (we got a thing for promoting from within). 

Here’s what you need to know.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day updates and maintenance in project management platform 
  • Prep a start-of-day/end-of-day report of daily and weekly deliverables and status
  • Provide a consistent, detailed weekly update on all projects to internal team (completed at the end of each week to capture what’s been accomplished & what’s coming up the following week)
  • Organize and schedule team meetings
  • Provide meeting support, as necessary

Must Be

  • Creating organized production files from concept art and templates provided by graphic designers
  • Maintaining large multi-page production design projects with highly technical information
  • Providing proofs for review and implementation changes.
  • Maintaining an organized archive of final files.
  • Ensuring accurate layout and electronic files according to specifications.
  • Inspecting and verifying the correctness of production files prepared by other designers.
  • Color correcting imagery
  • Creatingsuccessful die lines for custom printing applications.
  • Managing multiple projects on varying timelines at the same time
  • Taking designs and reformat them to fit into multiple touchpoints
  • Providing detail oriented skill with an eye to consistency across all brand elements
  • Coordinating deliverables with art directors, writers, developers and social media managers

Hours per week (Ideally…)

  • 20 Hours/Week; 4 Hours/Day @ 5 Days/Week 
  • Hours are flexible but must be in daily WIP (work in progress) meeting at 10 AM
  • Pay is $15/hour
